We are casting for an African American actress who can handle a role as a college professor / urban sister with attitude mix (think Meagan Good's attitude in Waist Deep). Must have film acting experience and look 24 to 28 year old.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED SOUTH ASIAN ACTRESS, or someone who can pass off as an Indian Woman (age 27+) for the lead role in the English Language Film "Date # 25." This is a not so interesting story of an Indian-American girl who - pressured by her relatives, friends and a twisted DESI society - keeps meeting all these losers from several desi/v-desi websites until one day she comes across her drea(M)an, and THEN... ~

This shoot is for 12 short segments of a Spanish language version of an educational program designed to get girls interested in science. A two day shoot with one camera and a cast of one or two.
SCI GIRLS is produced by Twin Cities PTV in St. Paul MN. These segments will be line produced locally by KLCS-TV/DT -The Education Station - a PBS station licensed to the LAUSD.
'SCI GIRLS in Espanol' is a non union educational project. All actresses must be bilingual in Spanish and English. We will shoot 12 short 'wrap-around' segments at four different field locations over two days in late February. The rate is $457 per day. There will be a catered lunch but minimal craft service.
